Sometimes you never what the weather will hold for us, especially in Ohio. This is true for every wedding and engagement session. You just have to make the best out of it. All week leading up to Erin and Seth’s engagement session, the weather was calling for gorgeous weather on Sunday, but alas, the weather changed at the last minute and Erin and Seth had a rainy day for their engagement session. They were such troopers and we had such a blast with them playing in the rain and hanging out with them at Moosehead’s Hook and Ladder.
How did they meet?
Erin and Seth both worked at Giant Eagle, he was a stock worker and she worked in the meat department. Their first date was dinner and a movie. They ate at Dave’s and then went next door to the Valley View theater to see “Total Recall”. After a few months of dating, they moved in together, and now almost 6 years later, they will be getting married this October.
How did he propose?
They went to Mansfield Reformatory for “Ink in the Clink” – a tattoo and music festival. After they saw the band that she liked, Pop Evil, they went to the car and he proposed there. She thought it was a joke and kept asking “are you serious?”
I always love to ask my couples what they love about each other.
So what does he love about her?
She’s very caring and understanding. We work together very well.
What does she love about him?
His smile and how he can always makes me laugh. He’s taught me to slow down and to be less stressed.
Their engagement session took place at the covered bridge in Olmstead Falls, at Moosehead’s Hook and Ladder, and in the Metroparks in Olmstead Falls. We cannot wait to celebrate with them, their families, and their friends this October.
I hope you’ll enjoy this sneak peek of their engagement session.
